- The Homer Community House is available for rental at very reasonable
rates. This facility is a very nice and newly air conditioned building
perfect for wedding receptions and family gatherings. A resident of
the Village of Homer can rent the facility on a weekend for $425.00
plus a $270.00 security deposit, for a total rental of $695.00, while
a non-resident is charged $100.00 more.

- However, $270.00 of that is refunded if there is no damage to the
facility and the key is returned to the Village office. The Community
House has a capacity of 250 guests seated, 350 random seating and 500
