This simple design is a print created from a linoleum plate. The design makes use of symetrical design, with the colors being reversed on the opposite sides, except for the oval border. As such it could be a simple emblem of some kind. The geometrical shapes seem to have a base, and might be symbolic of a house, or a pair of hands, or a face (upside down?)
